The Sofitel restaurant culminates on the eighth floor of a building located on the banks of the Rhône in the heart of the Presqu'ile district. Up there, the view is magical, even in the evening when the city is illuminated, and the cuisine takes us to gourmet horizons. At the helm of a restaurant not reserved for hotel guests, chef Jérémy Ravier, Toque Blanche Lyonnaise, puts his expertise at the service of creative cuisine inspired by seasonal produce. In an elegant setting, emotions are shared as you savor a sea bass and langoustine tartare "like a pumpkin" or a two-cooked Pigeon, not forgetting the vegetal suggestion. A classic to be revisited with pleasure.

Chaque assiette est une œuvre d’art tant pour les yeux que pour les papilles. Le rythme du service était parfait, nous laissant le temps d’apprécier chaque met. Mention spéciale pour le serveur souriant et attentif à nos besoins.
