Follow your lucky star as it leads you to Astral on Rue Royale, dedicated to gastronomy. The new sunny, gourmet address from the Art Restaurant team: Ronan Lavillaugouet, who works in the Astral kitchens, Alexandre Tremblais and Thibault Sajot. Elegant stone walls, a cosy decor, not to mention a vaulted cellar, all invite us to the pleasures of the table. Working with seasonal produce, most of which is sourced locally, and favoring dialogue with producers, the chef achieves the perfect marriage between local terroir and travel-inspired notes. The sommelier offers perfect food and wine pairings. A luminous favorite.

Un restaurant à recommander Cadre agréable, personnels aussi agréables que décontractés , cuisine et carte des vins de qualité. Peut être réfléchir sur les quantités qui pourraient être jugées minimalistes par des clients plus jeunes que nous ! Un très bon début ... mes vœux de réussite vous accompagnent dans un bon potentiel de progression

Un délice ce nouveau restaurant ! Fidèles clients de "Art restaurant", on avait hâte de tester "Astral".... et ...bravo !! Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, tout est beau et bon, le cadre, la déco soignée et cosy, les assiettes toujours aussi délicatement travaillées, les vins... En grande amoureuse du souci du détail, je ne peux qu'être séduite... On a pas fini de faire des allers-retours depuis Saint Etienne pour venir se régaler !
