Restaurant in an unusual setting offering a vegetarian menu in Lyon.
A gourmet restaurant set in a fantastic setting, a former Jesuit refectory with golden stone walls that lend warmth and natural elegance to the dining room. It's beautiful and it's good, in dishes that, like the decor, combine the charm of good seasonal produce with a touch of modernity. The unmissable truffle egg, the chef's signature dish, as well as lamb cooked at low temperature, hay-smoked jus and textured Jerusalem artichokes. High-quality vegetarian menu. Great emotions on all levels.

J'ai personnellement très apprécié d'avoir une table ronde gd format cela permet de tous se voir.
Ensuite tous vos plats avaient des saveurs parfaitement associées.
Tous vos mets ont enjoué ma famille qui était mes invités hier soir. J'ai adoré vos filets de sardine, ainsi que vos boules café glacé...
Une explosion de saveurs en bouche.
Bref je pourrais encore continuer longtemps en parlant des vins rouge ou blancs.
