If ever there was a conservatory of Lyonnais traditions, it's Au Petit Bouchon Chez Georges. It may not be the oldest bouchon, but it's undoubtedly one of the most faithful to the tradition and spirit of these places of happy feasting. Nicolas Framinet and Romain Camous perpetuate the tradition of good eating and drinking from early morning onwards, and every day they're open, they offer the chance to start the day with a chew. Superb wine list. Top-notch!

Excellent vrai bouchon lyonnais.
Merci pour le cadre, le service, la cuisine et la confiance.
La bouteille de rhum agricole est laissée sur la table pour si besoin arroser le délicieux et énorme baba au rhum.
