The other happiness of being at La Menthe is to enjoy dishes composed of excellent products according to farandole formulas that have been successful over the years. You can choose among carrots gaspacho with orange, fine mushrooms and brie pie, housoft, leek flan with 4 spices or a red cabbage salad with balsamic vinegar to begin with the starters. Followed by a delicious lamb shank with honey and prunes, the must-eats beef keftas with sweet spices of Provence, a salmon tartare, pan-fried potatoes, a goat cheese fondue of Villard Reculas (excellent) or a veal liver with parsley and its homemade mashed potatoes with olive oil.
