The village of Chambost-Allières gives access to one of the forests of the Haute-Azergues, via the Joncin pass by the D116. The forest of Experiences is a new trail in the forest of the Cantinière developed by the Office National des Forêts. The trail is 3.5 km long and includes 7 stations inviting walkers to use their senses to discover the forest in a new light. Listen to the sounds of nature through an acoustic horn, observe the animals or contemplate nature in the shade of a huge beech tree. Along the route: 7 works of land art, including a magnificent monumental door, created by the sculptor Marc Averly.
