La Maison de Franca, our COUP DE CŒUR 2009 AUTOUR de Lyon...Just a few minutes from Lyon, hides a jewel for gourmets who love true Italian cuisine. Maurizio and his chef Pasquale, in a uniquely creative decor with a mountain accent, transport us to Italy. Authentic dishes such as taglioni with black truffle, saltimbocca alla romana, or his delicious Tirami sù, highlighted by a chocolate mint panna cotta...a delicacy, an incredible charm that this Maison de Franca...try it, you won't believe it!
