To the north of Villefranche, with quick access from the A6, Arnas is a gateway to the Beaujolais region. An ideal base for discovering the region in the direction of the vineyards, but also in the direction of the Dombes, from which it is separated by the Saône, this dynamic town offers a gourmet stopover. Arnas is home to a former 11th century priory, which has been renovated to become the town hall, a Gothic style church with its patriotic stained glass window from the 1920s and the 18th century château de Longsard, built by Jean-Charles Marie de Brun, a royal advisor. The commune of Arnas is an ideal base for discovering the Pierres Dorées and the Beaujolais.
