Si vous aimez les andouillettes
Producteur d'andouillettes beaujolaises d'une saveur exceptionnelle. Vous avez le choix entre le porc et le veau mais la véritable andouillette selon moi est celle de veau dite "tirée à la ficelle". On peut les choisir avec panure ou sans, tout dépend de la façon dont on va les cuisiner. Personnellement je les aime au four avec la panure, ou sans panure sur un lit d'oignons et un verre de beaujolais blanc.
