Trained in the best houses, Guy Lassausaie..., this chef has taken the daring gamble of offering us a gastronomic table off the beaten track. Aurélie's wonderful welcome - also trained at Lassausaie - discretion and smile assured, a veranda ideal for an aperitif and a charming room with soothing tones, where we are presented with refined plates carefully staged by a chef passionate about the art of working with good products from here and elsewhere: fresh duck foie gras with mulled wine and his brioche with citrus zests or a lobster medallion with truffles and its truffle mayonnaise. To follow, a traditional pike quenelle with crayfish sauce or roasted sweetbreads with truffles and fresh truffle tagliatelle. An address that keeps all its promises for a gourmet getaway.
