This mountain village has beautiful houses with the characteristic architecture of the Haute-Auvergne. The Gothic church was built in 1468, with an altarpiece from the 17th century and a polychrome Virgin and Child from the 16th century. The bell tower, a massive square tower at the base, octagonal at the top, remains from the old Romanesque church of the 12th century. Below the village is a monolithic chapel dedicated to Saint Michael, built and dug into the rock in 1806. The porch is finely carved. At the top of the rock sits a statue of the Virgin. Legend has it that there was a castle built against this rock, of which no remains remain.
