MOUNTAIN PARK

Wild and bucolic, the Montaud park offers a rural setting to the people of Stephan who want to find peace and greenery near the city centre. Located on the Crêt de Montaud, it offers a panoramic view that allows you to enjoy the Forez plain, the Loire and the city. Visitors will be surprised by the diversity of wood species and will contemplate many species of birds. Ideal for picnics and sports sessions, there are also playgrounds, an orientation circuit, a hiking trail, a fitness trail, and an astronomical observation point with the Crêt des 6 Soleils. Finally, the park is a superb spot to observe the fireworks on July 14.
