Anthony Vendrange is now working on the aperitif, a unique concept in Saint-Etienne, halfway between a tapas bar and a delicatessen, based on French and mostly local products. On the grocery side, the choice is wide: terrines, spreads, pickles, chips, fruit juices, organic aperitifs, beers, digestives and quality wines.
