Gandot is a cheap fast-food establishment located on Place du Peuple. In a retro and modern setting, it offers a local cuisine largely composed of salads and fresh pasta. The cuisine is concocted with organic and Loire products "back from the market". Thus, you will find vegetables from Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert, Dupuy-Couturier flour, eggs from Valfleury, fruit juices from Pilat, ice cream from Saint-Héand. During the day, it acts as a coffee-shop serving coffee from the Chapuis house. Gandot, named after the metal boxes in which the workers from Saint-Héand used to take their lunch, is a quality address with a pretty terrace in the summer.
