Café-restaurant-grocery offering a concise and light cuisine in Roanne.
An emanation of the Troisgros house that has given Roanne its gastronomic nobility. Facing the station, Le Central is a modern-day "Café-restaurant-grocery", sober and elegant, housed in a former hotel from the 1920s. The menu often changes and offers a concise and light cuisine that combines, according to the seasons, domestic inspiration and exoticism. Cooking is like grocery shopping: open to the world. Frédéric Garrivier creates very original recipes according to the market of the day. On the grocery store side, the shelves are filled with rigorously selected products from the terroir and elsewhere.

You get there especially for the name and changed times: waiter is wrong, satellite which lasts an eternity, still hunger while leaving and pix excessive... Disappointed for a large name
It is indeed the Troisgros class. nothing to say on quality, however, the service, when you are happy with the menu, has become a bit long.

Nous avions réservé depuis un moment pour avoir Le plaisir de déjeuner chez vous.
Malheureusement nous avons été plus que déçu: service plus qu’a revoir ( pas sympathique du tout) , un rapport qualité prix plus que décevant , des oublis dans nos plats et temps d’attente entre les plats juste délirante ( 2h30 sur place ).
Très mauvaise expérience
