This charming estate in Les Salles invites you to recharge your batteries in a natural, green and authentic setting. Just 5 minutes from the A89/E70 freeway, in the heart of the Haut-Forez region, you'll find a 3-star hotel with 10 comfortable rooms, all with flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Domaine de la Plagnette also features two gîtes, a seminar room and the Colette restaurant. The latter invites you to discover tasty bistronomic cuisine. The menu is regularly updated, and features 100% home-cooked dishes made with fresh, seasonal produce. Depending on the season, start with Pauline's snails in a fine tartlet, or beet ravioli with smoked ewe's milk cheese. You can then continue with French salmon trout, just confit, or veal shank like an Osso Bucco with spaetzle and fresh spinach in meat jus. You can end on a sweet note with tiramisu à la louche, served in front of you according to your appetite. The restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and boasts a pleasant terrace to enjoy on sunny days.
