The Bruel family welcomes you to their farm specialized in open air breeding. On hundreds of hectares, calves until the age of 6 months, Limousin cows, but also ducks and poultry, all fed with cereals from the farm. Here, all the work is practiced in an artisanal way. The meat is sold directly at the farm in the form of boxes, retail or cooked and preserved in jars. Their specialty remains the duck that Marie-Jo and Marcel transform on the spot into foie gras, confits, rillettes, magrets, or cassoulet. Think also of poultry (chicken, guinea fowl, goose or even turkey) for your holiday meals!

In 2020, Ferme Bertholet celebrated its 100th anniversary! It was created by Pétrus, the grandfather of Rémi, Bruno and Hervé. Rémi takes care of the animals: dairy and suckler cows, pigs and lambs, and of the 150 hectares of crops and pastures! Bruno and Hervé, with their team, transform the products at the beginning of the week to offer them for sale from Thursday. It couldn't be fresher! The products are guaranteed free of colouring agents, preservatives and additives and are EEC approved. One more reason to buy your meat directly from the producer!

Since 1903, the Pioteyry cellars have welcomed you to La Fouillouse. This ancestral house has a good team of professional cavists who will guide you in choosing your bottles for organizing a private event (wedding, birthdays…) just as it does for businesses. Here, the credo is "the good wine at the right time for the good customer!" " Enoology courses with wine tastings are offered once a month on a subject chosen in advance. " The Pioteyry cellars also have a store in the Forez plain at Feurs.
