The marriage of flavors is perfectly mastered. The scallop with shrimp and asparagus soup is a treat followed by a pan-fried filet of sea bream with anchovy and basil juice accompanied by vegetable spaghetti and carrots with orange and to finish a duo of dark and milk Barry cocoa chocolates, Joconde cookie, passion fruit sorbet and mango whipped cream. A wonderful meal from start to finish! The only drawback is that the room is a bit noisy but this is largely compensated by the quality of the cuisine!
