Marie-Jeanne welcomes you to her cosy gourmet restaurant in the Parc naturel du Pilat in Farnay. With its elegant decor combining fabrics and wood, comfortable armchairs and pleasant terrace, everything is designed to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef Mickaël offers a refined cuisine featuring fresh, local produce. Depending on the season, for example, you can enjoy beet carpaccio and salad with Serrano ham, scallops with chard and chestnut risotto, or fillet of beef with cauliflower in different textures. The chef also adapts his dishes to your dietary requirements, particularly in the case of allergies or intolerances. Children are also catered for at La Maison Forte, with a menu specially designed for them. The establishment also boasts a fine wine cellar, where you'll find local nuggets.
