LA SOURCE DISTILLERIE

The heights around Saint-Étienne harbor incredible resources. The two founders of La Source Distillerie exploit the plants of these Auvergne hills to create local spirits. Two gentian-based aperitifs, "La petite sœur" and "La grande sœur", appeal to Suze lovers. A highly original pastis forézien has also been added to the range. Elderberry, raspberry and vine peach wines complete the range. La Source Distillerie has also turned its attention to digestifs, notably with L'Instant forézien. Local resources have enabled the production of 100% local vinegars and mustards, as well as delicious honeys and royal jelly.
