In a few years, Sébastien Forissier has dusted off the vervain once grown in the Forez. A dazzling success that pushed him to double his production. With his Verbena du Forez, he has brought back the "grandfather liqueur". Wild vervain, lemongrass, officinal, all are labelled organic and grown in the field without pesticides, picked and pruned by hand. Maceration is carried out without colouring agents or preservatives, the product is less alcoholic for an authentic and artisanal liqueur combining power and freshness. Many starred chefs, wine merchants, delicatessens and restaurants display it on their menus and new products are regularly introduced.
