Le Tablier Bariolé is a restaurant in Sassenage, near Grenoble. Corinne welcomes you in a contemporary and cosy setting to discover a refined, creative and richly flavored cuisine. Here, traditional recipes are transformed and the classics you love so much are boldly revisited. Let yourself be surprised by original creations and unexpected combinations. Chef Gérald uses only the finest, freshest, seasonal produce. For starters, choose Papi Antoine-style octopus salad or tuna tataki with crunchy vegetables and soy vinaigrette. Then opt for roasted veal sweetbreads or chef-style beef tartare. The menu also features several dishes perfect for seafood lovers, such as roasted scallops and octopus just snacked on. At Tablier Bariolé, you'll also find a fine selection of Loire, Beaujolais, Rhône and Bordeaux wines. These wines have been carefully selected from estates that respect the environment and the terroir. The restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and boasts a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the sunny days. A tasty and convivial place for lunch or dinner!
