Anglards-de-Salers (754 inhabitants) is one of the most extensive communes in the department. With a deeply agricultural culture, it gathers a multitude of hamlets spread out in particularly varied landscapes. Its heritage is divided into vernacular heritage (ovens, wash houses, wells, calvaries...) and major heritage, to which belong several churches and the castle of Trémolière (15th century). The latter houses an exceptional collection of tapestries of the 16th century style "greens with cabbage leaves" representing a fantastic bestiary. Its garden, Le Verger de Déduit, has been awarded the "Jardin remarquable" label.
