La station, le temps, la neige c’est déjà super, le club où je séjourne en famille depuis 2017 chaque année hors Covid, a bien été amélioré par les transformations, l’accueil est simplifié (pas tous parlants un français compréhensible), check in et out rapide, le matériel peut être directement dans les casiers à skis , le mini club est génial, la restauration a légèrement baissé cette année, seule fausse note : l’accueil nous a refusé un prêt d’aspirateur dans nos chambres pour permettre à nos vêtements de rentrer dans nos valises (10 minutes tout au plus) et ce refus d’une telle demande me rappelle plus les auberges de jeunesse d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Sejour au top, équipe du miniclub et petit club adorable , les enfants sont ravis. Restaurant de tres bonne qualité, les plats sont diversifiés et vraiment delicieux, desserts variés et de belle qualité. Mention speciale pour la gentillesse de Bamba en salle. Un chef de village present, souriant,sympathique, a l'image de son equipe. Merci a tous!

A great family holiday, this resort is perfect for beginners with lots of easy access slopes & plenty of challenging blacks for the experts in our group.
The ESF ski instructors were fantastic, much thanks to Dominique who was so patient, kind & a great teacher. Anita in the restaurant took excellent care of us, she has a great memory and attention to detail.
Unfortunately a stomach bug was rampant in the hotel & half our group were affected which was not pleasant.
Overall a great family holiday !
