A pine Apple that the regulars of Alpe know well, since they can enjoy it for 16 years now. A Pine Apple installed in a building on the Avenue des Jeux, whose interior decor contrasts with the modern aspect of the station. Here you can believe one or two centuries back, in an old barn with a rustic look where wood is omnipresent. Warm decor, even in summer on the huge covered terrace, and the friendly atmosphere with a team that receives us with a big smile. So say you feel well in this Pine Apple! And we feel even better after discovering a map that honours the specialities of our mountains, with a constant search for quality. In this beautiful house you start to enjoy early in the morning, starting at 9 pm, with a "continental" or "English" breakfast. Yvon, in kitchen, Brigitte in the room, and all their team set the tone, serving the best of tradition. On the map and in generous, conveyors, famous, fondues, fondues and ceps plates, pierrades, recipes,...... Without forgetting tasty seasonal dishes: a calf blanquette to the old and timbale rice timbale or a box of fish on a bed of semolina and its grout of crustacean. Desserts, too, are home-made, like this delicious fruit of red fruits and its apricot grout. Beautiful wine list prepared by Madame. An address highly recommended by the Smart.
