Owner's Message

More than 40 varieties of bread for all tastes and dishes!

Our professional bakers make all of our products themselves and bring back to life the art of making bread every day according to very strict criteria:

- A choice of high quality flours and ingredients
- Natural pre-fermentation (Poolish or natural leaven)
- Slow kneading to preserve all the nutritional and taste qualities of the bread
- Hand shaping of each of our breads for a better hydration and therefore a better preservation
- Prolonged resting times: the dough can thus develop all its flavors without stress

For all pleasures and tastes, our Viennese pastry chefs draw every day on the richness of regional traditions to make all our products themselves.
It is the choice of AOC butter, quality flours and carefully selected ingredients that guarantee the melting of our viennoiserie, the softness of our brioches and cakes, the finesse of our tarts and the delicacy of our small sweet delicacies.
