Magasin devoting its entire space to a program of temporary contemporary art exhibitions.
Le Magasin is back in full color. And not just because its doors have been repainted in an unmistakable horizon blue, but because this emblematic cultural venue has reopened them (its doors...). Created in 1986 on the initiative of François Mitterrand, the Magasin is housed in a 3,000m2 industrial hall built by the Eiffel workshops. The Magasin has no permanent collection, and devotes its entire space to programming temporary contemporary art exhibitions in close collaboration with guest artists. Program on site. Workshops. Guided tours on Saturdays and Sundays.

dans un ancien site industrielle proche du drac on y accede facilement en tramways plus facile pour un non grenoblois.on aime ou on aime pas l'art moderne a voir pour ce lieu atypique
