We rented an apartment for 8 years with this agency. We always paid our rent on time and we took great care of the flat, making sure that we would fix any damage and keep the walls spotless. But whenever we asked for something to be fixed or done around the house, our requests were systematically ignored. When we finally left the apartment it all went well with the agency. They were happy as the flat was impeccably clean and said we would get the deposit in full. Until we didn’t. Half our deposit was kept without explanation. And that was final. I have rented many apartments all over the world but I have never been treated that way. So a piece of advice : if you are ever tempted by one of their properties, just run away !
