Water is a vital resource that must be protected for our health, and shared for the well-being of all. Grenoble Alpes Métropole manages drinking water and wastewater services for the 49 communes in its territory. 85% of the population is lucky enough to drink water of exceptional quality from the Drac and Romanche aquifers. Captured on protected sites and naturally filtered by sand and gravel, this water requires no treatment. The Metropole also uses mountain springs for 15% of the population. C'est très bête ce qui s'est passé. J'ai acheté 4 bouteilles "Eaux de Grenoble Alpes" et après les avoir remplies, je remarque qu'il y avait une facture à l'intérieur toute mouillée. Si ce papier avait des bactéries ou n'importe quoi, j'aurais pu avoir des problèmes bien embêtants. Je pourrais m'étouffer.

Une catastrophe. Je suis actuellement en litige en lien avec un compteur d’ eaux qui leur appartient, il remette en cause tous meme les preuves irréfutables (consommation, compteur défaillant) me renvoie vers le service technique, puis me demande de faire un Mail sur leur site, mais je n’ai eu aucune réponse depuis un mois et aucune preuve de l’envoi, car ce n’est pas une boîte de messagerie. Monsieur très désagréable. Franchement, l’accueil est déplorable le personnel n’est pas accueillant.
