And Suzette - well, Assia - proves it with this crêperie that looks more like a charming British tearoom than a restaurant on Lorient's harbor. It's cosy and cute, and you're greeted with flowers that follow you up to the mezzanine. But it's not just the decor that's a big hit, as the galettes and crêpes are home-made with fresh ingredients. You're guaranteed to fall for the Marguerite and the Suzette, of course. Waffles too, craft beers and organic cider, not forgetting a few extras like salted butter caramel. Suzette rocks.
