The company Rambert, this small-scale company, has been on a veritable «land of Ravioles» for more than 49 years at the foot of Vercors, close to Saint-Marcellin (quick access from Grenoble by the A). Maison was awarded the title of Master Craftsman in 1987. Patrice and Gilles Rambert make tradition ravioles according to their grandmother's original recipe. Traditional Ravioles, to the fresh goat, to the blue of the Lans and the true Marcelline are eaten by aperitif or main dish. For culinary pleasures and the desire to discover the artisan processes of Maison House, the possibility of a discovery stopover.
