Read moreFor more than 75 years, this covered market has been dedicated to the food trade and crafts of the Bourbonnais and the Auvergne. Fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, bakery... It is the ideal place to discover the local products and to taste local specialities such as potato pâté, pompe aux grattons or Comtesse de Vichy cheese. On Saturday morning, about sixty agricultural producers from the Montagne bourbonnaise, Monts de la Madeleine, Sologne bourbonnaise, Val de Besbre and Bocage bourbonnais settle down on the mezzanine.
