Homemade foie gras terrine, snail croqu'in, Angus sirloin steak, pig pluma, grilled sea bass à la plancha, veal onglet with forest sauce, duck filet, venison filet mignon, leg of suckling lamb for two. Sablé breton peanut vanilla, vacherin marron myrtille, chocolate fondant. Excellent wine list. Impeccable service.

Nous n'y avons pas séjourné mais y avons dîné.
L'accueil y est chaleureux, le service impeccable, une très belle cave à vin, ainsi qu'un large choix de boissons.
Une décoration soignée.
Et de l'entrée au dessert en passant par les fromages nous avons tout adoré !!
