Nice chic bistro offering an open kitchen elaborated with local and quality products.
A friendly, chic bistro overlooking the rue du Maréchal-Foch and the rue de la Source-de-l'Hôpital, with about thirty covers and a kitchen open to the dining room. Sébastien only works with local and quality products: Charolais meat and Label Rouge lamb from the Bourbonnais region, and fish according to what arrives. He changes his menu according to the season with a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts (raspberry vanilla vacherin, chocolate mousse...). He makes corn bread sandwiches with different fillings every day.
