Restaurant that offers a bistronomic cuisine based on market products.

A must for a downtown lunch in fine weather, on the large shaded terrace in a quiet pedestrian street. Valentin prepares a variety of traditional dishes using local produce, and from the slate. Pork, rabbit and duck liver confit terrines. Fish rillettes. Organic butcher's cuts, catch of the day, chuck, burger and home fries, pork sauté, veal onglet, redfish filet. Accompany with a glass of wine or a bottle selected by the chef. Smiling service. Dynamic team.

Menus essentiellement faits maison avec produits frais. Un vrai délice. Nous avons pris Burgers au st nectaire et dessert vraiment succulent ! Accueil irréprochable et chaleureux. Et personnel très souriant et serviable. Je recommande fortement si vous souhaitez manger un bon repas.

De passage à Vichy, l'Opportun nous avait été vivement recommandé : grosse déception, la cuisine était moyenne, la salle très bruyante et le pichet de vin médiocre hors de prix.
