A passionate and authentic refiner of top-quality alpine cheeses (reblochon fermier, chevrotin, tomme, abondance...).
When it comes to cheeses from our mountain pastures, starting with the farmhouse Reblochon, this is the place to be! Easy to access on the Aravis road (large parking lot), the store is located in the premises of the cooperative, on a unique site carved in the rock. At the end of the visit, free or guided, choose your farm cheeses. Reblochon, chevrotin, farmhouse Savoy tomme, abondance and beaufort, PDO and PGI quality cheeses, to take home well wrapped. Authenticity, choice, advice of passionate people, this Farto deserves all the distinctions!

Open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm; Sunday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm. Guided tour of the cellar on Saturdays from April to October, by reservation. Refiner of : reblochon fermier AOP, chevrotin AOP, tomme de Savoie fermière, abondance AOP, beaufort. Producer of raclette de Savoie and Roche de Thônes. He is part of the Itinéraires des Fromages de Savoie and Saveurs des Aravis network.
