In the heart of the pedestrian zone and a few steps from the lake, the terrace of this large brewery always little over the seasons and hours of the day. Inside, the atmosphere is more subdued: leather benches, juchées tables on pedestals. Smart notes that the room has grown since its last passage and that is so much better, we feel more at ease, without the intimacy being exceedingly there. The great classics of French cuisine vary according to market arrivals: fish of the day, from veal hop to mushrooms of wood, beef beef… and a great choice of mussels to accompany the Leffe which flows through. Shame on the fact that desserts don't compete with originality…

The great novelty of the year will be, undoubtedly, the return of the old institution annecian "Amédée". Emmanuel Falcy, Manu for regulars, was not only the entrance vacuum-clean, completely transformed the place, with a second life in this mythical address created in 1958. First of all, there is the bar with its zinc bar and wood contemporary way, and its matching furniture. Then there is the restaurant with its decor of today, more airy, brighter. The VIP lounge, ideal for seminars, is tastefully decorated. It celebrates also our family events that can be extended in the reserved nightclub. Terrace on the veranda, everything is in harmony with the superb façade wooden that offers a new painting in harmony with the haute savoie landscape. The cuisine of jean-jacques is discovered without a false step with new dishes every day, listed on the blackboard. Traditional cuisine during the week and more extensive weekends: gratin of lobster tail, salmon marinated in dill, jar niçoise, pan-fried prawns pastis, beef tartare cut with a knife... An unforgettable steak sauce café de Paris to butter homemade ingredients (26), a delicious veal liver (rare while restaurant) or a fillet of sole. For dessert, vacherin house with apricot tart and homemade fruit salad. With quality ingredients for a traditional cuisine, Amédée offers a new face: today it is a quality restaurant, a brasserie, a cafe, a "brochettery" and... a cabaret! HQ of artists of talent to discover, Amédée rhythm our live evenings of Friday evening. Each concert is a unique event that will fidélisera you with the following. From our side, we were pleased to discover Wango trio May 1st one evening... Since March 2009, Amédée is back in fashion: sweets, Entertainment... it took some! Thank you Manu!
