This estate preserves the heritage of Royal Seyssel and, more broadly, of Seyssel wines. Royal Seyssel is a sparkling wine produced and vinified according to the traditional method - 3 years of ageing for the mousse to set. These wines are renowned for their violet and iris aromas.
