Hôtel idéalement situé au bord du lac et proche de la vieille ville.
Chambre avec vue mais très petite

Ce qui ne va pas : Accueil chambre pas prête, Douche minuscule avec une entrée de 30 cm... WC dans la salle de bain le tout sans aucune ventilation, Mauvais éclairage et insuffisant, Bureau non éclairé, Matelas trop mou en fin de vie, Bar extérieur bruyant, Odeurs de cuisine, Parking public toujours encombré sauf à partir de 21 h, Petit déjeuner limite pour 9 €. Manque de confort.
Les Plus : Balcon avec salon de jardin pour ceux qui ont vue sur le lac. Au 1er étage : Vue sur le lac OK mais limitée.
En résumé : A mon gout, le centre ville n'étant pas très proche, il vaut mieux se passer de la vue superficielle sur le lac et bénéficier d'un meilleur confort, d'une salle de bain convenable et d'un vrai parking.

Ideally located at the edge of Lake Annecy, this hotel set in an old house is not more comfortable and especially cleaner. The rooms are small and for that I had, the corner bath is confined in a sort of wardrobe where you can barely move around. For the people of fort stoutness: abstain! ... You will enjoy a hell... As for the privacy for amenities: no door between those and space room. (which is broken is and remains in the state). The water is not available at will. For example, you book vertically pear of shower in the hand: water runs on it so the pressure is nonexistent. With the description of the incident to one of the Masters of the place, it was designated us that we were too much shower us at the same time! ... I let you think the suite when you take the shower the following day and two days later and that there is not more pressure! ... As for the cleanliness and the followed by maintenance, all really leaves something to be desired. Sink with the previous jars of people, sat toilets not very clean. It does not even feel the maintenance product! ... However a person passed to complete toilet paper and empty the bin! ... It was only a third of her job. Even the bed was not rebuilt! ... I do not recommend it for hospitality. However, the food is good here, even very good. Some staff are impressive so they are dynamic. It really is a pleasure to see that there are still people like.
The presentation really makes you appetite and it is filled as the cuisine is good.
Here. I think of having toured for a stay of 2 nights in this beautiful house which could become if the sound and the followed by claims have just taken seriously. Its registration at the petit futé 2014 is not in line with the hotel services, at least in this actual location.

Stay for a few days in Annecy at the end of September in this establishment. The location, the magnificent view, the prices and style at pain despite very concealing a general cleanliness that leave something to be desired, a welcome that is nothing exceptional and a very simple breakfast. However, on Annecy, just beside the lake and in this range of prices, it will be difficult to better on Annecy.

Hotel seedy character really be avoided considering the general state filth: Invisible vacuum cleaner, cobwebs from everywhere, state deplorable furniture, TV with multi-grip and extension rotten.
Mildewed bathroom, 2 small soaps wash... total misery!
View the state of the hotel and the rooms (our amisdans the mêmeétat that le nôtre) let us not dare to try the restaurant...little to be wrongly.
However nice and rather friendly welcome.
