Racines has breathed new life into the Place des Cordeliers, overlooking the Thiou, guiding all gourmets to this restaurant that shares its roots between chef John's Haute-Savoie and his partner Eva's Corsica. Whether sitting on the terrace or in the warm and inviting dining room, everyone can enjoy the cuisine of a team of passionate chefs. The menu is not long but we had excellent starters and good fish / meat main courses. There was a good selection of wines and we were recommended an excellent St Joseph and chocolate desert was delicious.
Service was prompt but not pushy and overall its good value.
