LES AIRELLES * *
A delicious little hotel restaurant in mountain style! The hotel's typical facade evokes regional chalets made of stone and wood, more than a hundred years old. For more comfort and modernity, the owners have completely renovated the rooms on the third floor in a very cosy mountain style. The decoration - entirely redone on the first floor and in the Savoy restaurant - contributes to the warm welcome of the dining room and its large fireplace to enjoy a Savoyard inspired cuisine: pela, melted regional cheeses, old-fashioned raclette served on the plate and, the famous Gargantua rebloche. A few beautiful different food escapades: farm chicken with coriander and lemongrass or duck with honey, ginger and lime. The terrace overlooking the square is also very pleasant for a coffee break or a small refreshment break on sunny days. On the way back from hiking or exhausting downhill runs, the spa area with sauna and whirlpool baths is very welcome. A charming address, a well placed hotel restaurant (ski back to the hotel) facing the beautiful church and its bulbous bell tower.
