Founded in 1936, Le Vieux Chalet saw the installation of the first ski lift in La Clusaz. In 2007, the former farm restaurant was given a facelift and transformed into a chic chalet for customers looking for top-of-the-range comfort in an authentic setting. You come for lunch of meat roasted on a wood fire or dinner of a gastronomic dish in the restaurant room, after a drink at the zinc counter of the bistro or on the bench by the fireplace. But also to enjoy the lounge terrace. This is the historic mountain restaurant of La Clusaz!
