Restaurant in a rustic decor offering authentic cuisine with fresh products.
At L'Arbé, the setting is intimate, the rustic décor in the alpine farm style, and the decorated plates are displayed on the walls, next to photos that evoke a distant time when we were quietly chatting next to the wood stove, which is still there... The magic of the place and the atmosphere also acts on our taste buds, which do not fail to wake up to the flavours of the simmered casseroles. The cuisine is authentic "as at grandma's" and the products are fresh (prepared on the spot). Le Bachal (opposite) to start the evening... or end it!

2009: I like to see what I have in the dish and... here should say setting is rather dark... question of taste!
