Whether some people like it or not, it is not only in Paris that you can go out to the Baron (the famous dancing bar in the capital). In Evian, you can even invite yourself to the Baron's Table! It should be noted that the baron in question is Joseph Ennemond de Blonay, who in 1864 hosted the Casino in his family castle, which was later bequeathed to the Evian city.
