Orders take 3 to 5 days to process, and delivery charges are at the customer's expense. In the event of stock shortage, the boutique will inform the customer and propose an alternative solution. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to certain conditions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
