It is not a small detour of 5 minutes, due to the works in Clermont, which will prevent you from taking this Inn by storm! One of our favorite addresses for its exceptional setting, but also for the cuisine of a passionate chef: Philippe Junillon. The cuisine is inspired by quality seasonal products: chard risotto, chicken sot-l'y-laisse, sweet garlic cream; perch fillets; and the inevitable crumble. In the evening, tasting boards with a good glass of wine.
