Le personnel est professionnel et très chaleureux !
La résidence est très bien située à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et des bus.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au sein de cette résidence !
Il y a un local à ski collectif au sous sol, très pratique.
L'space bar est très sympas pour faire des jeux de société entre amis/famille .
Le seul petit bémol c'est que les murs sont très fins et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté.
Prévoir de l'espèce pour caution du forfait et ping pong/billard.

I was surprised when I got here. This was the cheapest option I could find in Chamonix, and din't expect an actual clean decent sized room. The staff speaks English and is really friendly. The view you have if either the Mont blanc or some trees with a mountain in the back of it. Which I got "see picture".
This location is located next to a train station and really close by a bus station. When you get a room here you also get a card to access both train and bus untill the end of your stay.
Plenty of food places and three supermarkets in the area.
