The charming Auberge du Bois Prin is a luxurious mountain chalet facing the Mont-Blanc massif. You can discover it ten minutes by foot (or less by car) from the centre of Chamonix - on the south side - and just five minutes by ski from Brévent cable car. It is in this sublime, elegant and gourmet setting, that the owner, Denis Carrier takes care of his guests. He has developed a large organic vegetable garden of 500 m² at the foot of the chalet-inn and has been assisted by a high level team to offer traditional dishes using the flavours of the Alps that can be discovered by daring a calf's head of Hérens (breed of the Alps) and ravigotte sauce to start with, then, a roasted Bresse chicken with morels and polenta fries, followed by Melba strawberries and raspberries to smoothly conclude. All facing the famous Mont-Blanc massif! Next challenge for Bois Prin, to find its first star obtained in 2012 then 2014 and 2015. The elegant restaurant offers as an accompaniment, a great variety of local or from elsewhere wine (300 selected references). A culinary adventure to be continued, in an exceptional environment.
