Restaurant in the heart of Chamonix appreciated for its gastronomic cuisine, its cellar and its exemplary quality-price ratio.
A sure bet in the heart of Chamonix. Refined cuisine popular with Chamoniards at lunchtime, with a Market Menu inspired by seasonal produce. The ATMOSPHÈRE menu, with its exemplary value for money, changes with the seasons. The balance is perfect. As for the cellar, it's not short of resources, with nearly 300 items on the menu, including grands crus. On the street side, you enter a plush, intimate room that opens onto a glassed-in room (very popular) facing the majestic Mont-Blanc massif and overlooking the Arve River.

We did not try that the fondue Savoyard - excellent - using county 24 months and with potatoes and local meats, washed down with a fruity wine Savoy. Fine wine list offering a wide choice of half bottles, which is rare.
The welcome and service are friendly and very friendly. Ask to be accommodated in the veranda overlooking Arve where the atmosphere is cosy.
Budget: 20 - €40 per person. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate to do their website that columns and the menus. A good address in Chamonix.
