Since its creation, its objective has not changed: to promote choral singing, sharing with the public pieces from all periods and styles, giving priority to the quality of interpretation and the classical repertoire. The choir regularly calls upon professional orchestras and soloists from the Valentinoise region. The EVV regularly participates in exchanges with other choirs, both in the Rhône-Alpes region and abroad, notably with the twin cities of Valence. Auditions are held all year round to recruit new choir members.
